Goodbaby is the largest and most experienced retailer and distributor of children's products in China.The company is also the leading manufacturer of baby products in China with a leading market share across product categories，including over 65%share of the Chinese stroller market. Goodbaby sells its products through a nationwide network of 35 regional sales offices and over 10,000 points of sale. Goodbaby is the largest provider of strollers in the world，supplying approximately 40.3%of baby strollers to the US market and 13%of strollers to the European market. Goodbaby also has Chinese distribution partnerships with leading international brands such as Nike and Disney. Pacific Alliance Group，the Asian alternative asset investment manager，is the major investor in Goodbaby，following a USD122.5m investment in 2006.Goodbaby and Mothercare entered into a 70/30 joint venture in 2007.
